Core Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing training strategies, plans, and initiatives in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying training needs by conducting a thorough assessment of employee skills and knowledge gaps.
• Designing and delivering training programs, both classroom-based and online, that cover a wide range of topics such as product knowledge, compliance, technical skills, and leadership development.
• Collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and external vendors to develop high-quality training materials and resources.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, evaluations, and feedback from participants, and continuously improving the content and delivery methods.
• Managing the training budget, coordinating logistics for training events, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training methodologies, and incorporating them into the training programs.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and business needs.
• Providing guidance and support to employees seeking professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
• University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in training and development management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation skills.
• Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
