Core Job Responsibilities: 
• Own the development of key financial metrics for the franchise and platforms while comparing to the internal and external environment. 
• Support finance projects across platform groups as required. 
• Lead all aspects of data analytics and visualization for the global franchise across functions and regions. 
• Develop key business insights and analytics to support business decision-making. 
• Consolidation, oversight and leadership of the major forecasting cycles and quarter close in line with financial calendar. 
• Platform P&L consolidation and submission on a quarterly and forecast basis. 
• Ownership/point person of target setting for forecast cycles. 
Qualifications
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting. 
• An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred. 
• A minimum of 3 years of finance and accounting experience is required. 
• Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills, required. 
• Experience with SAP/JDE, TM1, Alteryx, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel) tools are preferred. 
• The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required. 
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement improvements in execution, work independently and handle several tasks simultaneously, required. 
• Ability to optimally communicate and influence others at all levels within a matrixed organization is required.
