Lead, Technology Product

Borns Medical is recruiting for a Product Manager, Applications within our Product organization. 
As a product manager, you will work closely with the R&D team, clinical experts, and registration department to be responsible for clinical trials of the product, maintain professional communication with clinical experts, explore clinical needs, be responsible for product operation training, and participate in the registration of medical equipment products and the writing of registration documents.
Core Job Responsibilities:
• Partner across IT and business teams to deliver high quality analytics solutions and identify areas of innovation.
• Understand data and processes that will guide business users to appropriate self-service solutions.
• Ensure successful business product owner engagement, clear and complete user story creation, and completion of user acceptance testing.
• Perform source data analysis & data discovery, collaborating with business and peer teams to synthesize the business rules required for data acquisition and contextual information creation.
• Work with development teams to ensure understanding of user stories, review technical design and implementation, and manage testing and delivery timelines.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance business processes, striving to eliminate redundancy and inefficiency.
• Use Agile methodology to work with business partners to define and translate business needs into user stories, prioritize product backlog, and define sprint plans.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Math, or equivalent field of study.
• A minimum of 6 years of technology development (platforms or products) or equivalent
• Experience with AWS cloud stack and services such as S3, EC2, Redshift, RDS, EMR, EKS
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including working with databases and back-end
• Experience with business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense, etc.
• Experience in developing strategy and business objectives for a product
